- Reservations cancelled or changed from 6 days before or prior to 6 p.m of the day before the date of reservation will incur a penalty of 20% of the full stay.
- Reservations cancelled or changed after 6 p.m. of the day before the date of reservation or no-shows will incur a penalty of 80% of the full stay.
