Mileage Program
THE SHILLA JEJU’s new mileage program is a complimentary program for staying guests.
All the guests who sign up for the program will obtain ‘Gold membership’ and members will be given more
benefits based on their record of staying in THE SHILLA JEJU with Gold, Gold Plus, Platinum, and
Diamond membership, in that order.
- Mileage Accumulation

2 Points will be accumulated for every 1,000KRW spent on guestrooms and F& B while staying in the hotel.
- Points will be given to one of the staying guests and can’t be transferred to others.
- Tax, service charge, meeting usage fee etc. will be excluded.
- Records made prior to membership sign-up will be excluded from Mileage Accumulation.
- Point accumulation from F&B expenses will be accumulated when checking out and paid in full
- When using complimentary mileage to use a guestroom, the guestroom can’t be transferred to others.
- Mileage Usage

If more than 2,000 mileage points are accumulated, the points can be exchanged for a hotel gift certificate or voucher and the rest of the points will accumulate continuously.

The gift certificate can be used in all shops under direct management of THE SHILLA.
The vouchers can be used any time except for summer vacation season and year-end and New Year’s season.
