    Booking Cancellation/Amendment and
    No-Show Policy

    [Busy season (May to Oct. and Dec.24 to Dec.31)]

    - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the 7days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

    - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the 7days prior to scheduled check-in, the penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.

    - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the 5days prior to scheduled check-in, the penalty is charged at 30% of the room rate for the first night.

    - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the 3days prior to scheduled check-in, the penalty is charged at 50% of the room rate for the first night.

    - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.
