• There will be an additional admission fee excluding the cabana fee.
• There will be pool parties for adults on October 3rd-5th and November 16th. During those periods, Urban Island and cabanas are only available for use until 19:00.
  - Usual Operating Time : 09:00 ~ 19:00 (September 5th-7th : 09:30 ~ 19:00)
  - Pool Party Time for Adults : 20:00 ~ 23:00

• There will be an extra charge to access Urban Island except for Urban Island inclusive packages.

Reservation Notice

• Cabana can be reserved even if you don't use a room.
• Fitness Club member's guests must pay an extra entrance fee, and Fitness Club members must accompany them.
• Guests who reserve a cabana can use Urban Island before check-in.
• All Food & Beverage items may be changed due to circumstances, without notice.
• Bringing other food and beverages to the Cabanas are prohibited.
• The plunge pool is only for guests using a cabana (F1~F6).
• Pre-booking of cabanas is available from the first day of the previous month.
  (e.g.) Pre-booking for May: Available from 8:30 a.m. on April 1st.
• Reservations can be canceled or changed without any penalty up to 2 days before the scheduled date of cabana use. In the event of cancellation or change of reservation after this period, or a no-show, a penalty will be imposed.

Cancellation Policy :

[July and August]

• Within 2 days : No cancellation charge
• Within 1 day : 50% (weekdays), 60% (weekends & holidays) cancellation charge
• Day of use : 70% (weekdays), 80% (weekends & holidays) cancellation charge

[All Other Months Except July and August]

• Within 2 days : No cancellation charge
• Within 1 day : 10% (weekdays), 20% (weekends & holidays) cancellation charge
• Day of use : 20% (weekdays), 30% (weekends & holidays) cancellation charge
