※Urban Island Guidelines

- Hours of Operation : April 8th ~ May 31st 10:00~20:00(Every Friday, Saturday in May and May 1st~4th open till 22:00) / June 1st~30th 10:00~22:00
- Guests under the height of 140cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and only under parental supervision.
- The kid’s pool is only for children of preschool age.(Accompanying parents are allowed.)
- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached

※Fitness Club Guidelines

- Location : 3rd floor / Open/close : 06:00~22:00 / Regular Closing Day : Third Wednesday of every month
- Guests aged 16 and above are permitted to use the fitness club and those 13 years old and above are permitted to use the swimming pool and sauna.
- The indoor swimming pool and relaxation zone(indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, Finland sauna)are facilities for adult customers and may only be used by
  customers above the age of 13 years.(On weekends and holidays, children below the age of 13 are allowed to enter under adult supervision)
- Guests under the height of 140cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and only under parental supervision.
- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached


※ Instruction
    - The above rate is for 2 adults, and subject to prevailing tax and service charges.
    - Extra charges may apply for additional guests.
      Double occupancy charge is KRW 50,000 for Normal and KRW 100,000 for Executive.
      The maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults.
      The maximum number of children(aged 13 or below)permitted to stay in a room is two.
      The maximum capacity per room is 4 guests including children.(aged 13 or below)
    - The Shilla S membership discount does not apply to this package.
    - Check-in at 15:00, Check out before 12:00
    - Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show Policy.
      Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show :
      * Busy season (May to Oct. and Dec.24 to Dec.31) : The penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.
      * Off-season (off-peak periods) : The penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
  • Cancellation refund policy

    • Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show Policy

      Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on
      the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.

      If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in,
      or in the event of a no-show :
      - Peak season (May to Oct. and Dec.24 to Dec.31) :
        The penalty is a fee of 80% of the room rate for the first night.
      - Off-season (off-peak periods) : The penalty is a fee of 10% of the room rate for the first night.
