- The gym, indoor pools, and saunas(available for a fee) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month.
- The gym is open to those aged 16 years and older only, and the saunas are open to those aged 13 years and older only.
- The indoor pool is for adults only. Access to the pool is limited to those aged 13 years and over.
(On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult
and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 140 cm.)
- Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
- In case of overcrowding, you may have to wait to use the pool.

- When using the adult pool, kids’ pool or Jacuzzi, please follow the instructions of the on-site lifeguard staff.
- Guests under the height of 140cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and under parental supervision.
- Sunbeds are allocated on a first come, first served basis and two sunbeds are available per room.
- Children under the age of 36 months must wear waterproof diapers in the pool.
- Swim tubes with a diameter of 1m or less may be brought in and may only be used in the kids’ pool.
- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached.
- Urban Island operates when it rains, but only a few sunbeds offer shelter from the rain. (In the case of continuous heavy rain, operations might be disrupted.)

- The Executive Lounge is a business-friendly place for hotel guests only.
Access to the lounge is limited to those guests (aged 13 years or older) who are using a package with lounge benefits.
* Children under the age of 13 will be allowed entry between 12 PM and 3 PM on weekends and public holidays,
only if accompanied by an adult guardian.
* If a private event is scheduled, admission may be limited.
