□ Cancellation/Change and No-Shows
- Cancellations or changes can be made without penalty until 18:00 p.m. two days before the scheduled stay.
- Cancellations or changes made by 18:00 p.m. one day before the scheduled date of stay will incur penalties as follows:
· High season (May-October, December 24th-31st): 80% of the first night’s accommodation fee
· Off-season: 10% of the first night’s accommodation fee
- Cancellations, changes, or no-shows after 18:00 p.m. one day before the scheduled date of stay will incur penalties as follows:
· 80% of the first night’s accommodation fee during peak season (May-October, December 24th-31st) and 90% of the first night’s accommodation fee on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and the day before national holidays).
· 20% of the first night’s accommodation fee during the off-season on weekdays and 30% of the first night’s accommodation fee on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and the day before national holidays).
