- This package is based on double adult occupancy, and its price is subject to 10% VAT.
- If you wish to add more occupants, please contact the Room Reservation Center. You may incur extra charges for additional room occupants.
• The maximum occupancy per room is three adults without children. Your room can be shared with up to two children (aged between 37 months and 12 years, inclusive).
• Each room can accommodate up to four people if at least one child is accompanying.
- This package is not eligible for additional Shilla Rewards benefits, does not affect Shilla Rewards' grades and does not count toward accumulation of Shilla Reward stays.
- The Executive Lounge is a business-friendly place for hotel guests only. Access to the lounge is limited to those guests (aged 13 years or older) who are using a package with lounge benefits.
- This package cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers, including credit card discounts.
- Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m, and check-out is until 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations/amendments and no-shows :
Cancellations or changes can be made without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in.
Cancellations or changes after that time, or no-shows, are subject to a penalty equal to :
▷ 80 percent of the first night’s room rate during peak seasons (May to Oct. and Dec. 24-31) or
▷ 10 percent of the first night’s room rate during non-peak seasons (off-season periods).
- Alcohol is limited to adult guests.
- Policies regarding hotel facilities can be limited or changed without any notification in advance, according to related legislations such as laws of infectious disease prevention, disaster safety laws, and the health authority’s regulations and measures.
