- The gym, indoor pools, and saunas(available for a fee) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month.

- The gym is open to those aged 16 years and older only, and the saunas are open to those aged 13 years and older only.

- The indoor pool is for adults only. Access to the pool is limited to those aged 13 years and over.
(On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 140 cm.)

- Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.

- In case of overcrowding, you may have to wait to use the pool.

- This package is based on single occupancy, and its price is subject to 10% VAT.

- If you wish to add more occupants, please contact the Room Reservation Center. You may incur extra charge for additional room occupants.
The maximum occupancy per room is three adults without children. Your room can be shared with up to two children.

Each room can accommodate up to four people if at least one child is accompanying.

- The Executive Lounge is a business-friendly place for hotel guests only. Access to the lounge is limited to those guests
(aged 13 years or older) who are using a package with lounge benefits.

- This package cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers, including credit card discounts.

- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is until 11:00a.m.

- Alcohol is limited to adult guests.

- Policies regarding hotel facilities can be limited or changed without any notification in advance, according to related legislations such as
laws of infectious disease prevention, disaster safety laws, and the health authority’s regulations and measures.

Cancellation refund policy
- Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show Policy
  
  Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on
  the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  
  If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in,
  or in the event of a no-show :
  - Peak season (May to Oct. and Dec.24 to Dec.31) :
  The penalty is a fee of 80% of the room rate for the first night.
  - Off-season (off-peak periods) : The penalty is a fee of 10% of the room rate for the first night.
