Deoksugung(Palace)

IDeoksugung (Palace) (or Gyeongwoongung) was the main stage for the modern history of Korea. It is the only palace in Korea that has near-modern buildings and Western-style gardens as well as a fountain, combining the medieval and the modern.

Deoksugung(Palace)

Deoksugung(Palace)  Image Deoksugung Palace was the main palace during the Daehanjeguk period of late Joseon Dynasty and is famous for its elegant stone-wall road. The name Deoksugung means “Palace of Virtue” and signifies longevity in the spirit of praying for long life for King Go Jong.

      guide service is not available on Sundays.
