However, we invite our guests to set up an online membership, as it will facilitate the reservation process, members are able to check, change or cancel the reservations easily and will benefit from information we provide about promotions, discounts and events.

You can cancel your reservations 24 hours before your check-in time without any cancellation fee. If you fail to check in on the arrival date or to cancel your reservation 24 hours before the check-in time, your reservation will be processed as “No Show” and you will be charged a cancellation penalty amounting to one-night room rate.
