  • A variety of sumptuous dainties, including shark's fin, trepangs, natural pine mushrooms,
    ear shells, and vegetables which are put into different, small pots, each of which is then
    filled with the best gravy and sealed up. They are steamed for 3 hours at the same
    temperature so their unique flavors remain fresh and intact.

    and contains high levels of protein and calcium.
    It is very good for the health and is especially
