Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show Policy
Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show : - Peak season (May to Oct. and Dec.24 to Dec.31) : The penalty is a fee of 80% of the room rate for the first night. - Off-season (off-peak periods) : The penalty is a fee of 10% of the room rate for the first night.
