- 健身房（gym）、室内游泳池、室内桑拿房（收费设施），每月第三个周三定期休息。
- 健身房仅限16周岁以上、室内桑拿房仅限13周岁以上顾客使用。
- 室内游泳池为成人顾客专用设施。为了安全起见，仅供13周岁以上顾客使用。（但周末及节假日，13周岁以下儿童在成年监护人的陪同下也可使用；身高1.4m以下顾客需在成年监护人的陪同下穿好救生衣后，方可使用。）
- 游泳池内禁止跳水。
- 超过可容纳人数时，需等待。
- 本商品是以成人2人1间为准, 税金10%及服务费10%（共 21%）需另付。
- 超过标准人数入住时，对增加的人数，需另收费。每间客房，成人最多3人可入住，儿童（37个月以上~满12岁以下）最多2人可陪伴入住。每间客房成人与儿童陪伴入住时，最多4人可入住。
- 行政酒廊是入住顾客专用商务空间，仅限包含行政酒廊优惠商品的套餐顾客（满13岁以上）使用。
- 本商品不适用于信用卡公司折扣等重复折扣优惠。
- Check-in（入住手续）为下午3点以后，Check-out（退房手续）为翌日中午12点为止。
- 酒类仅限成人顾客享用。
- 根据传染病预防法、灾难安全法等有关法令及防疫局等部门的规定及措施，酒店配套设施可能会限制使用或变更。
Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show Policy
Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show : - Busy season (May to Oct. and Dec.24 to Dec.31) : The penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night. - Off-season (off-peak periods) : The penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
