* The Executive Lounge is a business-friendly place designed for hotel guests only.
Access to the lounge is limited to those aged 13 years and older.

- Happy Hour(18:00~22:00) : Enjoy a variety of dining options at the lounge with gorgeous night views of downtown Seoul.
- Breakfast(06:30~10:00) : Start your day in a good mood with an elaborate healthy breakfast at the lounge.
- Light Snack(11:30~13:30) : Enjoy the bright sunshine and a light snack at the lounge.

- Urban Island’s rooftop garden is an ideal resting place where you can enjoy a range of benefits.
Admission is allowed for hotel guests (aged 19 years and older), but only if they purchase a package with access to the rooftop garden.
- Sunbeds are available for use in the rooftop garden.
- This package does not include access to Urban Island’s rooftop garden.
- Please follow the directions of our lifeguards on duty , when using the adult pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi or other facilities in the pool area.
- For children less than 140 cm tall, make sure they are in the care of an adult and wear a life jacket while in the adult pool.
- Up to two sun beds per room are available for use in the outdoor pool, area but on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Infants under the age of 36 months must wear swim diapers while in the pool.
- Rubber rings must be less than one meter in diameter and are only allowed in the kiddie pool.
- In case of overcrowding, you may have to wait to use the pools.
- Access to Urban Island may be restricted in extreme weather conditions such as heavy rainfall, storms or cold waves.

- The gym, indoor pools and saunas (available at a charge) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month.
- The gym is open to those aged 16 years and older only, and the saunas are open to those aged 13 years and older only.
- The indoor pool is for adults only. Access to the pool is limited to those aged 13 years and over.
(On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult
and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 140cm.)
- In case of overcrowding, you may have to wait to use the pool.

• Each room can accommodate up to four people if at least one child is accompanying.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is until noon.
- Cancellations/amendments and no-shows:
Cancellations or changes can be made without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in.
Cancellations or changes after that time, or no-shows, are subject to a penalty equal to:
▷ 80 percent of the first night’s room rate during peak seasons (May to Oct. and Dec. 24-31); or
▷ 10 percent of the first night’s room rate during non-peak seasons (off-season periods).
- The benefits and gifts included in the package will be offered only once during your stay, without any repetition.
