How to enjoy Galette des Rois

Become the King or Queen of the day with this joyful dessert.

Divide this puff pastry cake by the number of people who are gathered to enjoy it.

Then put a small fève(charm) in one of the slices and whoever chooses that portion

becomes the King or Queen of the day and receives good luck for the new year.

For our customers' safety, the Pastry Boutique's patissier replaced the fève with a piece of nut.
