Cheong-gye-cheon stream, before renovation, was buried under layers of concrete bridges for nearly 50 years. Beginning from year 2005, the effort of restoring this stream to an ecological heaven amidst bustling city life was a great success. Long been a slumber location in Seoul history, Cheong-gye-choen stream now serves as a sanctuary for all citizens in need of relaxation.
